1. Our Agreement

These terms apply to all orders placed with The Maker’s Nook. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these conditions. We are a German business based in Ludwigshafen, owned by Vidyavati Nagineni.

2. How a Contract is Formed

When you see a product on our site, it is an invitation to order, not a final offer. Once you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A binding contract only exists once we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch your items.

3. Returns and Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without needing to provide a reason.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The Process: To cancel, please email us at info@themakersnook.eu with a clear statement (or use the form below).
  • Refunds: Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they are in original condition, we will refund your payment (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days. We will use the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    • Prices: All prices include the statutory German VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    • Payment: We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna) and PayPal.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    • Timeline: Estimated delivery times are shown on our product pages.
    • Risk: We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to your provided address.

    6. Ownership of Goods

    All items remain the legal property of The Maker’s Nook until we have received full payment.

    7. Product Quality (Warranty)

    If an item is defective, you are covered by the standard two-year German statutory warranty from the date of delivery. Please contact us if you receive a faulty item.

    8. Vouchers

    • Vouchers are valid only for the stated period and for items on our website.
    • They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
    • Only one voucher code can be used per order.

    9. Legal Jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

    10. Dispute Resolution

    We always aim to resolve issues directly. Please reach out to us first. Please note that we are not obligated to participate in formal dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
